Elárulta az anyuka, hogy fogyott 55 kilót

Sandra nehezen esett teherbe, majd súlyproblémái miatt az anyaság sem volt leányálom neki.  Elege lett, elhatározta, hogy változtat életmódján, és bevállalta a gyomor bypass műtétet is, aminek köszönhetően az ausztrál anyuka 55 kilót fogyott, és súlyát azóta is tartja.

#throwbackthursday Almost 18 months on and it still amazes me that I let myself go that bad. I had such a bad relationship with food and it was my go to when things got hard in my life. Since having the surgery my relationship with food has totally changed. No longer do I rely on food to help me through tough times.
